Answer: Yes. All Pelle leather journals can accomodate up to (3) Pelle notebooks.
Question: What shipping carrier do you use to ship?
Answer: We only use USPS (both domestic and internationally)
Question: What are the shipping cost within the USA?
Answer: $5.95 for domestic shipping within the USA (All orders over $50.00, shipping is FREE within the USA only.)
Question: Do you offer a faster shipping method (i.e. next day service)?
Answer: Yes but please write a note in the message box when checking out or email us at [email protected]
Question: Do you ship internationally and how much is the shipping cost?
Answer: Yes. Int'l shipping cost can be calculated in your shopping cart after you placed your item/s in the cart.
Question: Do you offer multiple quantity discounts?
Answer: Sorry we do not since we strive to offer the lowest prices for all our customers.
Question: What credit cards do you accept?
Answer: We accept most major credit cards thru PayPal or Google Checkout.
Question: Are your leather journals and linen notebooks 100% handmade?
Answer: Yes and will always be that way.

Answer: Sorry but due to the high volume of calls we would get, we found email is the fastest and most efficient. We usually respond within 24 hours. Question: How do I care for my leather journal?
Answer: We recommend any type of good leather cleaner/conditioner. In time, your Pelle leather journal will have its own uniqueness and distress look.
Question: Do you offer any guarantee on your leather journals?
Answer: Yes within 30 days of your purchase. If your product/s are defective, we will exchange or refund your purchase less shipping cost if applicable. Please return all defective product/s including its pertaining packaging in its original condition. Please email customer service at [email protected] before returning any product/s back.
